Once purchased, you will receive a confirmation email and be prompted to organise session dates and times directly. You will also receive a personalised agreement with further information, which you’ll be required to sign and return.
If you have purchased as a gift, please provide contact details for the recipient using the contact form provided at time of purchase.
Sessions are valid for 6 months from time of purchase (extenuating circumstances considered on a case by case basis).
If a confirmed session needs to be rescheduled, 24 hours notice is required. Failure to provide notice will result in a forfeited session.
